OP doesn't post his home gym, that's the new official rule of these threads. Since I am OP today I shall not post my home gym ITT.
So feel free to fuck off with your spam, the one guy who samefags these threads relentlessly and transparently.

missed these threads

Basically changed my program again. Been too busy to be really consistent but I really hate not lifting whenever it happens.
I now do snatch deads, squats, narrow bench, weighted chinups and a bunch of accessories so every day is filled even though realistically I skip days constantly

That advice about getting a barbell and squat stands really helped me out, to think I couldve blown a bunch of cash on dumbbells that are still too light to squat with

Here's my routine:

Chest + Back
Legs
Shoulders + Arms
Rest

Just using barbell and dumbells, and a pullup bar and dip bars. Working out outside in my backyard in the middle of the night because during the day it's too hot. It feels great bros

True

Chest + Back: superset dips and pullups

Legs: stiff legged deadlifts and squats

Shoulders + Arms: OHP, and different kinds or curls and skullcrushers

Reps and sets keep varying, when a rep/set scheme hits a plateau i change it up. This routine has been working great for several months now, if you want to emphasize arm size, i highly recommend it

I find it's the desire to do the exercises and get better at them that's huge

I couldnt give a fuck about leg extensions but getting stronger at squat is meaningful

I agree, it's all about what you enjoy... They say OHP is not that good compared to side delt machines when it comes to building the delts. Maybe thats true, but OHP feels cool to do and I enjoy progressing it and having weight goals, whereas the machines don't motivate me

At the end of the day we dont get paid to do this, so we may as well do it how we enjoy doing it instead of obsessing about optimizing and complicating things for no good reason

Yeah those are good too but I find them kinda rough on my elbows, I much prefer regular pushups. Band pushdowns and curls to failure below 20 reps gets a nice pump going and makes my elbows feel better than before I did them.

Anons I'm a beginner. 63kg 183cm. I worked out in a gym before but I had to quit after only 2 months because of medical issues. I've been thinking of trying out calisthenic training since that one seems the most fun and it'll suit me nicely since I'm skinny. Plus I'm a poorfag who lives in the countryside and can't afford to drive all the time to the nearest town to go to the gym. Are there any proven programs I can go by? Or should I just build a plan myself using Youtube tutorials or Google some articles and things like that? Any opinion on how much I should eat? I'm not looking to get super ripped I just wanna gain weight while being physically active so I don't just end up skinnyfat

here's a pasta just for you

> hurr durr what kinda routine do I do if I wanna get JEKKED AF as well as STRONG AF???

* Day 1:

3xWeighted finger supported pistols
2xReverse nordics (as low as possible and have some way to gauge whether you're hitting that depth or not)
5xModified candlestick (do concentric explosively and not necessarily with a straight body)
2xWater jug bicep curls
Bonus points: 2xWrestler's bridges

* Day 2:

3xJackknife handstand deficit push ups
5xIncline deficit lever push ups (one hand on a chair, another one TOTALLY STRAIGHT on some box, go as low as you can; this already includes rotation which is based)
2xOne arm water jug upright rows
2xDecline/weighted Inverted skullcrushers

* Day 3: (for this one you gotta leave the house and find a high bar and a super low bar to put your ankles under it)

5xWeighted underhand pull ups
5xNordic curls - keep the body as straight as you can while doing at least 5 reps
5xHanging leg raises (as high as possible)
Bonus points: 2xFinger hangs

* Day 4:
2xWeighted finger supported pistols
3xReverse nordics
3xWater jug bicep curls
Bonus points: 3xWrestler's bridges

* Day 5:
2xJackknife handstand deficit push ups
3xOne arm water jug upright rows
3xDecline/weighted Inverted skullcrushers

* Day 6: (for this one you gotta leave the house and find parallel bars of sufficient height and well as super low bar)

5xWeighted/finger supported one arm inverted rows
5xWeighted dips
5xNordic curls - keep the body as straight as you can while doing at least 5 reps
Bonus points: 2xOne arm hangs

Feel free to add corresponding explosive movements for 3-5x3-5 before work sets
