I don't want chicken legs, but I also dont want disproportionately large legs
Whats the training strat to get muscular legs that aren't too big?
My friend said I can achieve this by doing Leg Press as a main Leg exercise instead of Squats, he said Leg Press will make my legs muscular, but not big
