It's not useless, but stretching after an exercise is more beneficial than before it.

I guess the question is if stretching before exercise is detrimental?

For dynamic stretches no but that's usually for unweighted exercise if you're doing resistence training you just do a warmup set.

For static stretches yes they are useless for both if done prior

For most lift I feel like this is true. But for exercises like deadlifts or squats they can help loosen up the muscle and help keep proper form.

Dynamic stretching does. Static stretching stretches cold tendons which could strain them

I just usually do some quick stretches just to confirm nothing is injured or tender from the day before, but yes, an actual long stretch session doesn't do much.

Warming up warms up the muscles retard. That's the entire point of lighter sets starting with the bar.

You stretch exactly once like an animal would. Stretching anymore or less than that is biologically wrong. Cats stretch after getting up. They don't start doing 15 minutes of stretching exercises and wasting energy.

no, not really - it's more like stretching is a different kind of training and should be trained separately and consistently - then gains will come in and nobody will give a shit if you do it before or during or after

Yes* It depends on the exercise.
You want to increase blood flow and "warm up", to achieve this goal it is far more effective and jogging in place for a little bit. If you are lifting weights doing to stretches to stimulate your nerves is beneficial.

I do a warm up on an exercise bike for 5 minutes then some dynamic stretches.

If I could choose one of those anime girls to fuck it would be the Russian girl because gold bikini does things for me, 2nd choice would be the teacher.

I would love for Doga Kobo to make Season 2, I agree. It's rare-as-fu*k they ever do that, though.
For reference, each episode covers about 3 chapters. There's 185 chapters (+ approx. 10 extra chapters) So, there's enough chapters for at least 5 seasons.

Plus, even though the first season jumps ahead of the chapter releases a bit, it's not like the chapters have much sequential relevance; any chapter can be added in any episode, really. Hell, you could cram a full volume per 2 episodes and still get away with 3 seasons.
