I wouldn't call that good genetics. I wasn't able to do a single push up. My muscles were so weak that my shoulder couldn't even support my weight and they hurt like hell when I tried to do a push up. Even fucking sissy push ups hurt my shoulder back then. It took me more than a year of hard and consistent lifting to look like a regular dyel and not a emaciated genocide victim

This is literally me but I'm even skinnier (trying to improve I swear).
I basically only eat once a day (usually some cheap junk food), then snack (also junk food).
I don't lift, only doing collegiate rowing, but now it's off season so not much of that either.

Eating more than once daily sickens me--both physically and mentally. Eating is a chore, and my 'tism pickiness isn't helping either.
The only food I could stomach multiple times daily with delight is steak, but I have neither the means nor funds to cook that regularly.
Also be relatively tall (no sub 170) and decent genetics.

I was pretty much the same. I just didn't like food for some reason. Even junk food was meh for me.
All I ate in a day was bread with cheese and something my mom cooked like goulash. My daily caloric intake must have been like 1300kcal. I also didn't engage in any physical activity. I just played LoL for 6 hours a day on weekdays and more than 12 hours on weekends.

Gay sex and sucking dick to failure, every day for 5 years. Your diet consists of whatever you can suck from other gay men.
