I'm extremely fat and keep flip flopping on my weight loss, but I just woke up from a dream where I was skinny and it felt amazing
So now I'm going to take my weight loss seriously, all thanks to a dream

I do exercise regularly, the problem is weekend binging
Like just this weekend I had 32 drinks over 2 days combined with a large amount of delivery, and that shit has to stop
I want to permanently get off alcohol but it's hard

It even feels better IRL.
The closet it comes is this scene, you wished you started earlier and you always knew you had it in yourself to do it.

I feel like if I can finally get off alcohol then the rest will follow
It's because alcohol then makes me hungry but simultaneously lazy, so I get some shitty delivery in combination with the alcohol, then the regret kicks in next morning

You need to stop alcohol. Its an insane amount of calories. No sugar, no liquid calories. I find that sparkling water really helped curb my cravings for alcohol when I stopped drinking. After a few months of drinking nothing but sparkling water I stopped craving alcohol completely and now I just drink regular water and sometimes coke zero. You need to be lifting weight to gain muscle mass and doing cardio for so many reasons they are hard to count.
Hard cardio makes your lifts and recovery stronger and easier allowing you to push harder while lifting and that directly translates to more gains.
It improves your body's ability to burn fat and also increase post exercise oxygen consumption burning fat in your sleep (just like lifting).
It gives you the energy to endure hard days in the gym which let's face it at your weight youre going to have. Don't skip cardio.

You can't out train a bad diet, if you dont give up the booze you will at best stagnate and at worse continue to decline and gain weight.

no shit, idiot.

Alcohol is the number one cause of obesity. Unless you drink like twice a month tops. Those who do weekends or every other day or every day are usually fat and lazy or at best very best they are skinny fat but with a gut and no abs in sight.
Your number one priority is to stop drinking altogether for 3 months at least and start cooking your food and do cardio everyday with no rest days.
Also count calories because fatasses always underestimate their slop amounts.

>really out of shape, I'll try walking
>walk 7 miles, with a view to doing this every day
>chafe myself half to death

Maybe I should diet first before exercising but that just seems like it'll take longer.

I've dropped the weight before and it's every bit as glorious as your dream was.
Should I just push through the pain?

It feels amazing OP. Imagine actually enjoying how clothes fit on you, and actually looking forward to going out and meet people because you know you look presentable.

I had a similar experience. When I was a fat kid I had a dream show me what it felt like to walk around without being self-conscious about a protruding stomach.

Thatโ€™s a powerful wake-up call! It sounds like that dream really sparked something in you. Sometimes, when we get a taste of how things could feel, it makes the effort worth it. Whatโ€™s been holding you back from fully committing to your weight loss before, if you donโ€™t mind me asking? And whatโ€™s your plan moving forward now that youโ€™re feeling motivated?

Literally pull your 100% cotton lining boxer briefs up into your ass crack. You'll ruin undies quick but no chafing.

what?
alcohol doesn't do that
>t. alcoholic
Beer will do that because carbs, wine to a lesser degree. If you're downing vodka and steak every night then you just won't feel hungry the next day.
The issue is anon views shitty food as bliss that he must prevent himself from eating by willpower, therefore when his willpower is lower (so he is told it is, when drunk) he does not resist. If you're just a degen who does nothing but vodka steak and cigarettes then you can go 18 hours without eating just because you weren't bored
