There is going to be more variation between physiques due to individual genetics and morphology than due to training styles, assuming that said individuals put equal emphasis on the same muscle groups

he's like 45, that's a respectable body fpe that age. And he spent half that time falling for meme diets like veganism, or doing 21 day fasts when he wasn't even overweight, so his muscle building was far from what it could have been.

every single gym personality has or is on some form of anabolics. EVERY SINGLE ONE.
Humans don't naturally get hulk. Unless you are a genetic freak you will never look like some gym grifter. You will never get some roid pump. You will look more like this guy and thats not a bad thing

Calisthenics is a "sport" dominated by skinny and short people. It's not good for fatties or very tally people. So it's the other way around, they started out as skeletal frame people and just added muscle on top.

Here you go, This is what 90 mins of calisthenics 5 days a week for 3 years gets you.
Depending on your starting point, you'll probably look exactly the same as you do now.
I went in the Army (infantryfag) as skinny fat and came out 3 years later skinnyfat but I could run pretty far and fast, do alot of pushups and carry a heavy pack.

Let's not kid ourselves. Neither the average gym goer, nor the average calisthenics guy looks like that. Both work and we know that they do because countless testimonies exist. Thousands of people have successfully shaped their body through gym and calisthenics. It's just that most people don't have the patience and self-control to stick to the program.

It's fucked. Children that show weight lifting prowess in school are reported to the local government who then essentially strong arm the parents into signing their kids away to "training camps" in between workout sessions they beat their knees with sticks to encourage thicker bone growth and give no medical treatment to make them more resilient to pain. Kids who don't pass this gruelling program are dumped back in school at the grade they're supposed to be at, but are so far behind from the training camps that they usually never catch up.

It's absolutely worth it as long as you keep up with your grades, overbearing parents who push you into sports are better than academia helicopter ones
