been working out regularly for like a month and a half. never worked out before for longer than a few weeks and never played sports. lazy bastard.
i'm up to 100lbs on bench press. is this good progress so far? i started out at 65. with good diet i'm hoping to get 150 by end of july. i seem to be building strength pretty quickly by cycling between low and high weights. 5'10 and 175lbs. 6 inch penis. blonde haired blue eyed aryan with thick luscious hair.

BW bench is good if you are a freshman in HS or 300+
Aim for 1.5x to 2x as an adult male
