If I want to lose weight, should I do cardio? People like Mike Israetel, Eric Helms, and Jeff Nippard say CICO is all that matters and that in fact, cardio can interfere with weight training, but every competitive bodybuilder does lots of cardio during contest prep. I think Ronnie Coleman would walk on the treadmill for 2 hours on top of having a full time job and weight training for 90 mins a day
