Will going back to OHP 1pl8 help me jump up ?
My twink friend is getting dangerously close to my bench, i dont want to let him have it

You're stuck at what on bench? Also yeah probably, do front raises and tricep isolations and it'll probably help on bench. If i were you tho i would also do lateral raises and reverse flyes to round you out even though it probably wont directly contribute to your bench pressing strength
