Almost a dollar for what has has much protein as two gulps of milk. Fucking retarded protein option. They're only good to make certain dishes or when they were cheap. Now you have to buy your own chickens to make them a good cheap source of protein again.
Also eating that much would be a lot of fat. Excess fat provides energy but will store as fat if you eat more than needed. I wouldn't eat that much. Yes fat is also a building block for hormones and other compounds but you can't just make more because you ate an excessive amount of it. That's not how it works, otherwise I'd down bowls of coconut oil and have the T levels of a steroid user. Protein doesn't have to be lean but if it has that much fat it better be cheap, which eggs are not.
