Can 30 eggs a day increase muscle mass? Itโ€™s 280 grams of protein. Also, is it safe to eat this many eggs?

I have shit tons of eggs at home
I eat like 5-6 at most on a daily average, there's not much you can do with eggs themselves so it gets tiresome and i have to take breaks eventually from it
Anything that involves complex recipes with eggs is a caloric bomb, eggs with tomato sauce or tuna or fried/boiled eggs with your meals is pretty much all you can do

i can do 8 eggs for fried rice in one sitting or 5 eggs if i want to add 4 to 6 oz of beef on the side. a korean ramen can also have upto 3 eggs without destroying the taste.30 eggs in one sitting is probably a torture, but 28-30 eggs per day due to limited resources can be possible for the sake of gains.

Sure if you're training as well. Your cholesterol intake without more than enough sunlight a day could lead to some fatty build up whether around the waist or heart/liver.

The eggs thing is a fad diet. Eggs are half fat half protein, they're the least lean source of protein yet the most expensive per gram. You're paying top dollar for a glob of fat. Almost a dollar for what has has much protein as two gulps of milk. Fucking retarded protein option. They're only good to make certain dishes or when they were cheap. Now you have to buy your own chickens to make them a good cheap source of protein again.

Also eating that much would be a lot of fat. Excess fat provides energy but will store as fat if you eat more than needed. I wouldn't eat that much. Yes fat is also a building block for hormones and other compounds but you can't just make more because you ate an excessive amount of it. That's not how it works, otherwise I'd down bowls of coconut oil and have the T levels of a steroid user. Protein doesn't have to be lean but if it has that much fat it better be cheap, which eggs are not.
