What type of meals should I eat for high satiety and meeting macros whilst on a really big calorie deficit? Trying to join the military and other factions of defense and this means no longer being a fatass; I'm trying to lose 11kg/25lbs from a current weight of 83kg/185lbs in 2 months and I want to be able to beat the cravings and hunger pains. What activities do you guys do to avoid overeating?

If you're referencing https://www.bigtexan.com/72-oz-steak/, I highly doubt that this would meet the calorie deficit requirement. I could probably eat all of it within the hour though.

fruit and veg for carbs, along with beef, chicken and eggs.
Potatoes have the best satiety index, eat a couple of those for dinner along with some chicken breast.
Skip breakfast just drink coffee instead, eat two meals a day. Midday meal around 40% of cals, dinner have around 60% of cals.

Lunch - 1 protein shake, 30g protein (1.5 scope) with water or skimmed milk. About 200-300 cals
Dinner - 3 chicken thighs, rice, and cucumber. vinegar and chilli for seasoning. About 800-1000 cals.

Sugarless mints for sugar hits. 0 sugar energy drinks for caffeine

Gym x2 days in a week, and do the cardio of your choice for x3-x4 days a week.
