I have it on authority by people smarter than me that training full body is good specifically because legs/back are so large they release more HGH

anyone get knee pain (bottom left of right knee so toward the inside) after adductors sometimes? I rooon and dont have issuew, but if i use adductor machine my knee gets sore for a few days. has happened twice so I think imma just not use the machine anymore.

I think playing basketball is the best way to train legs because it heavily involves
>walking
>running
>sprinting
>jumping
>lateral movements
>backpedaling
Due to the relatively short length of the court these movements must be engaged frequently resulting in large amounts of volume. Recreational sports carries significantly less injury risk than competitive sport.
