Again, people aren't trying to find alternatives for their health just because they heard a youtuber talking about it; they first get sick, then try to find solutions. There's a ton of things that are being blamed unfairly on age because too many people don't want to admit that maybe they're doing something wrong and maybe they need to stop consuming some of the things to enjoy. Those people find it much easier to just blame their problems on life and adopt a "I'm just getting old, nothing I can do about it" and then just take pills and deal with the pain.
