I'm looking to get glutes as strong as pic rel and am willing to have dedicated bodyweight glute days in between my full body routines that I do 3 days a week. Any recommendations?
>>76299770 (OP) Your pic related didn't workout a single day in his life. All he did was ride horses, fight in battle, fuck unfathomable amount of European women.
>>76299936 I can't afford a horse and fight in a bunch of coalition wars like Murat did. As for the fucking, no doubt women desired him because of those juicy cheek.
I live near where Murat was executed. When I was a kid my dad used to bring me to Murat's castle. I remember I always felt sorry they executed him. I also love training glutes, it would be cool to have a big butt like Murat

>>76299770 (OP) do walking lunges for a long distance. At least 3-4 minutes of continuous lunges. I'm doing it during my lunch break at work and i'm gaining glutes and cardio

>>76299770 (OP) desu even overcoming gravity just says to weight train for lower body. barring that i think you pretty much need to get intensive in a leg-heavy sport but even that isn't a guarantee
>>76299770 (OP) This entire period of French history is stranger than fiction, like the fall of the Roman republic. For anyone interested in the game of musical chairs that followed the execution of Louis, I recommend checking out Andrew Roberts' Napoleon: a Life. Reading it, especially the initial rise, got me pumped up.
