How do you balance getting in the gym everyday while also working a full time j*b? Itโ€™s like employers want to drain every bit of vitality out of you.

Life is a series of choices. Figure out which get you where you want to go and itโ€™s not a problem

You need rest days. You can make progress on 3-5 days per week in the gym. Some other things that help: go straight from work to the gym, don't go home first or you will be tempted to stay home. Take pre-workout on days you feel too drained to lift. Go to sleep earlier.

I just do two hard sets per exercise, two exercises per body part, 2 days on one day off.

I workout from home six days a week (the rest day being in the middle). I limit the days to three to four exercises at most. This keeps me from getting exhausted, but it also allows me to have some more free time.
