If I eat 1,500 calories of El Pollo Loco, Panda Express, and Chipotle everyday will I lose weight and get lean while gaining muscle? While going to the gym four days out of the week?

>1,500 calories
Is it below your TDEE? If so then, yes, you will lose weight.

>While going to the gym four days out of the week?
It doesn't matter how many days out of the week you go to the gym. You can't exercise your way into a caloric deficit.

No

Definitely no
>Chipotle
Unironically yes but you have to just get rice, beans, meat and veggies. None of that guac, cheese, sour creme or queso slop.

Yes, if 1500calories is below your maintenance you will lose weight. Calories in vs calories out
But you will not gain muscle as you need surplus calories for that

I bet that'd be like a half a pound portion of whatever they serve, so no (you) couldn't do it because you'd be hungry all the time

I guess but thats the retarded way. The science of calories needs to be revisited because protein doesn't have calories unless you're in ketosis, and even then it can only store as fat in irrelevant trace amounts. You could just replace your carbs and fats with protein, and even if you're eating 1500 cals of carbs and fats only you're not gonna be healthy and will still probably store some as fat. Where else is it gonna go? You don't burn that many in a day and you'd have no building blocks of protein to repair cell damage.

You'll lose weight but you'll still feel like shit for consuming slop. If you like spic food, just learn to cook, it's really not that hard.
Take a chicken breast, cut it in half so it's thinner(google feather cutting, very easy)
Marinade the meat in a mix of lime juice(1 lime will do it) and a table spoon of olive oil, cover it in spices and let it sit in your fridge for an hour, will be even better if you do it in the morning or night before. When your ready, set your pan on medium heat for 2 minutes and then throw that shit in there, flip every 3 minutes until it's cooked. You can also mix your veggies in the left over Marinade and toss it in the pan with the chicken to make a very delicious stir fry. (You may need just a dab of cooking oil)
Everything I just said just takes like 15 minutes of actual work.
For spices, you just need lemon pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Maybe cumin and chili powder if you wanna go full Ranchero. And don't over pay for those either, most of these can be gotten for a dollar if you know where to look.

You've posted this utter nonsense before, and you don't have a source for it when you're asked. Stop legitimately just making nonsense up.

Unless you lost your legs in the war or a car accident or something like that, your TDEE is nowhere near 1700. And you should only cut by two or three pounds of fat a month, so 7000 to 10000 fat calories / 30 days per month = 200 to 300 calories per day or so.

So if your TDEE is 2700 (as an active adult male), reduce intake to 2400 or so. 800 per day is not sustainable, and your body will be working against you.

That's a great way to tank your metabolism and ensure that even if you get down to 10% body fat, it becomes impossible to maintain because you forced yourself into such a narrow, straight of adaptive thermogenesis.

I'm 5'11" and my set weight hasn't been 150 lbs since I was 15, maybe 16. When I was 26 and had just arrived at my permanent duty station, I couldn't eat more than two meals a day and dropped to 141 pounds over about six weeks (from 165). I was cold all the time. In Louisiana. In August. And I was super angry. All the time.

You have an eating disorder. Get yourself sorted.
