I want to be able to arbitrarily kill people. What lifts will help me achieve this?

Full body workouts everyday for a straight week on and week off. Eventually your body will acclimate and you will be able to go longer.

strong man lifts, heavy club swings. Specificity is an important training principle, your movements should translate directly to your "sport". pick up wrestling

Think about it anon. You'll need every part of your body taut and tense and ready for anything and everything. What if the person you need to kill is a decent fighter? What if he or she is a good runner? What if it doesn't go as planned and you need to utilize something else?

There's also the cost of such strenuous exercise too with food, protein and supplements(because food wont be enough) and getting decent rest. I have my own routine but if I was going to do what OP wants too, and also basing off my own experience in the gym, that's the routine I personally would do. Learning basic fighting techniques would also be a must.
