My corpus cavernosum doesnt work as it should anymore. I don't know if its because i'm aging or if i damaged it in my sleep. But my penis is not the same penis that it was 10 years ago. I can not get 100% erections anymore, I can only get about 70% full now. Its really humiliating and embarrassing. It makes me feel like a freak.

Anybody else have this issue?

an 8-10 mile walk or other LISS equivalent really gets the blood flowing down there. try it and test your erection later in the evening

I'm 29, usually assume I'm among the oldest ones here. by 37 it's probably normal to not have the same erections as before though idk I'm as horny and virile as when I was 15 but I work out a lot and go to the beach

it could be from aging i suppose. But its frustrating because I was just planning to start dating for the first time by the end of this year (im a virgin). But now I don't think I can even enter that world in this condition.

Loom up nitric oxide. Nathan bryan has a lot of info on this topic. Also get checked fro arterosclerosis and calcification.

Second thought. Try those exercises to stretch a pelvic floor. Try also exercises to strengthen it if it's weak.

Try the angion method (AM1). I've started it and it's basically magic for me. Sounds like some crackhead shit but AM1 really works.
Try pelvic floor exercises, both kegels and reverse-kegels. Also stretches.
Do HIIT, not just LISS.
Get bloodwork done to check for low test / vitamin d / zinc / etc.

No clue about nitric oxide.
