How do you actually recover from being shut out of social life like this? Soon to be 28 and I’ve really just never managed to be part of any of it. The problem is I made a lot of efforts in doing that stuff from 18-22 and it just never materialized into anything. I would get ignored by other “friends” often, ghosted by chicks and would often catch myself getting barged out of groups pretty often at events I tried going to and on the very very rare occasions I got invited to social gatherings. I would physically get shut out of groups often by a circle of people slowly closing me out and not even notice till it already happened. To be clear, I don’t discuss weird shit, don’t make any offendive comments to women or anything like that.
