>lost 10lbs in 60 days
20lbs left to go

Is it safe to assume its going to take around 120 days to lose the rest of the weight?

if you don't fuck up yeah, you might plateau a bit but you might also shed weight even faster at some points

>10lb
I remember my dad lost 10lb and talked about it for 5 full years while he casually gained about 50. You shouldn't even mention it until you've lost at least 20 under you're already 20% BF or less

Ok. Not planning on fucking up, as im fully committed that what im currently eating is going to be how much i eat for the rest of my life. It seems to be at a good pace 1.25lbs a week so hopefully that keeps going, and I can always adjust as necessary.

Im just so excited I lost 10lbs and want these next 4 months to fly by so I can see the end result but I guess thats part of the journey. Im expecting to be done with my 2026 summer cut on December/January, with using the late winter/spring months to slow cut another 10 or so lbs for a peak summer body.

So now im 169.6lbs
December ill be 150lbs
And by may next year I want to be 140lbs

So close but yet so far away... still, I can see the sun creeping over the horizon

I like to celebrate the little wins. Of course the job isnt done yet, but the first 10lbs are usually the hardest since youre body is adjusting to a new diet. The initial water weight loss rebounds as your body adjusts and you really have to be diligent to not binge, but I feel so on fire right now. Like I can go the distance. Its hard not to be excited

the first 10lb is the easiest because it's usually just a minor diet adjustment. beyond that it's a massive long term diet overhaul and exercise regime

In my experience, just from what I've noticed, the first 5 went away almost overnight. Then I gained some of it back as I was rebuilding muscle, and now I think I've officially lost 10lbs of fat.

Still, 10 through 20 is just a continuation of 5 to 10. Diet is working. Exercise is working. All I have to do is keep the train moving

Hard work but im going to do it!

1.25lbs a week is a 600kcal diet
