one of the first things you learn when lifting is that you dont need front raises because bench press of any kind works them already.

iam starting to have doubts because whenever i do them they feel incredibly unique on the frontdelts and the pump is never achieved during a press.

That is not one first thing you learn when lifting? Sounds like whoever taught you was trying to sabotage you

The first thing about lifting is to do the exercises you enjoy. Second one is to do the do the exercises you enjoy safely. 3rd is to not rush putting on weight. 4 is to let your body recover.

Pseudo Optimal min max bullshit would be like #100 on my list of things to teach a beginner

it doesn't matter one bit
>how so?
cause bench is injurious retarded nonsense* so u do not do it, u do crossover, unilateral low crossover with protracted shoulder, preferably as isometric hold
and then u can do whatever u like for front delt
https://youtu.be/ozZKx9yC24E?t=668

*cause shoulders must be retracted and such alignement wraps pecs around ribcage switching most of it off
ever wondered why benching pecs tend to look like squashed carboard box? that's why, only costal head of pectoralis major has a chance to contract properly
