I went from 390 lbs to 200 lbs (have 20 more to go) and while I do have loose skin, it's not even 10% as bad as this

Once you let yourself get that big, the impact to your health is guaranteed. Yeah, you can maybe turn some things around, but the damage to you systems is so severe that you're still going to be pretty sick. thats what I did, my mate lost around 15kgs before the girl wouldn't take money anymore and wanted to dip, I made sure she introduced herself as some overseas student or whatever the fuck so when it was time, she can tell him that she has to go back to her country, and she'll be back in a year (bullshit), by the time a year rolled around he was basically skinnyfat and a whole different person, he hasn't brought her up since so thing seem cool so far
