on monday i bicep curled a 20kg dumbbell 75(15x5) times and did 50(10x5) push ups. today i shoulder pressed a 20kg dumbbell 50(10x5) and then benched it 100(20x5) times.
is this good for a start? do you have any tips for me?

do the circuit at your gym to get an idea what muscles you are working.
after two weeks do the muscle group targets exercises outside the circuit. drop to 8-12 for reps and then 5-8 reps after you get your form down (at least a month).
track your progress. I like hevy, jefit is alright, 3rd thing is also cool, it doesn't matter.
