What brand of protein powder do you think is best in terms of flavor and solubility?

optimum nutrition gold standard always. my most bought flavor is vanilla ice cream because it comes in the big tubs at walmart and it never gets old. have it with oats, a banana, whatever. every now and then i try out some more adventurous flavor. they have a girl scouts thin mint flavor thats really good. mixes super easy and fast too, i dont even have to shake it i can just use a spoon when im having oats
that ryze brand is also good when you want something that emulates goyslop like marshmallows or something. they have a cosmic brownie flavor id try but it has food coloring in it

i just eat real food like eggs and cottage cheese

i have the double chocolate and it its putrid i swear it used to be at the very least tolerable, the premier protein is far better
