Find and equivalent exercise for every work out. But pull-ups, ring dips, and one legged squats can get you decently far. Adding stuff like (ring) face pulls, scapular pull-ups and handstand pushups help balance things out too.

When this happend to me I got a steel pole and cinder bricks. There's no way I'm going to do calisthenics it's depressing enough.

I do include some calisthenics like pushups and pullups and I also include things like zercher squats.
