Why do so many of you skip leg day?
Having strong legs feels great. You can walk infinitely without getting tired.

anyone can do this.
big legs arent important for aesthetics as long as they arent comically small in comparison to your upper body. doing a few sets of squats a week is sufficient to avoid this.

They're disproportionately fatiguing for how important they are. No one gives a shit how big your legs are and if you're doing them properly they're going to be sore for 1-2 days straight after working them out.

I switched to more oly style lifting. Hitting legs is unavoidable. Not great legs but passable for a bro.

I don't think big legs look very good so devoting an entire day to achieve that is stupid for me. But I don't want legs to be completely neglected so I do a few sets of squats and rdl on arm day.

I might as well do oly only for hgh/test gains biweekly because itd take so much fucking work to get my legs to look small and athletic work build zero muscle whatsoever thats a fact.
