Some days I have a really strong smell in my urine, and I really can pinpoint exactly where from, except that I went to the gym and exercised hard the day before.
Can't say what it smells like, just a strong potent urine smell that lasts for 1 or 2 days or so. I drink plenty of water and I don't eat crappy food, no alcohol and no smokes.
Is there something in exercising hard that releases something in the bloodstream that gets eliminated in urine?

It's just dehydration OP. Drink more water. The lack of water and likely a high salt diet means more Urea production as your body doesn't have enough water to filter dirt out as effectively.

I do my blood work every year and this year I've got perfect results. I'm good health wise, I'm not aware of any health or organ issue. But I don't deny that something can always appear.
I was just wondering if anyone knows a probable cause for strong urine smell especially after heavy lifting
