Im stuck between recovering muscles with protein and wanting less for your liver/kidneys to process. Im thinking ice bath and high nutrition low protein and keeping hunger high prevents protein from being synthesized as much.

Maybe just eat a ton and sleep well with 0 training if the right way is carbing/salting up to hydrate back to 100% over a day or 2.
