you don't actually get 50mg from those. the stronger they are, the worse they absorb. idk why but that's the way it is. maybe because of surface area on the pouch idk. if you took 3 or 4 9mg pouches at once, it'd be way stronger.

people say they do but i haven't seen any evidence of it. i used to dip real tobacco and you can see your gums getting fucked up after a while of using it. i've been using nicotine pouches for at least a year, and using them way more than someone who dips since you can use them in any setting, all day. and i've noticed zero damage to my gums.

no. no they didn't. I remember the media trying to push it. but basically the same inorganic campaign like 'some people are sneakerheads'. nobody actually buys expensive tennis shoes to collect. that's retarded. but there seems to be a very specific group of people that want YOU to believe that. and I think that same group of people want YOU to believe people put coffee up their ass to get high. but no. no one actually does that stuff.

love those things. The pear flavour is peak. No health reason will scare you enough to not do them, because their long-term effects are unknown and too far off to you to care. Allen Carr's Easy Way will tell you that you don't actually like nicotine and that the pleasure is just a relief of cravings that you didn't have before you started, you should give the book a shot. ymmv, but it seems like a silver bullet for a lot of people looking to quit smoking. If anyone read the book, failed, and quit later I'd love to know how.

Easiest reason for me to never touch nicotine again (almost 2y) is it just ends up controlling your life.

You don't realize how fucking dogshit it is to basically be none functioning if you haven't had your hit in the last 4 hours.

Once you start craving that's literally all you can think about.

It just fucks with your dopamine receptors way too hard. You can't go anywhere without bringing your nicotine with you. You start feeling anxious if you forget to bring it. It's just really fucking dumb if you think about it seriously.

Anyone who says I'm wrong are just coping. like seriously, straight up nicotine induced cope.
