For cutting Mexican food and Peruvian food is excellent. Especially getting keto soft taco tortillas (40 cal), chicken or shrimp or a lean cut of beef, some low fat cheese, beans, onions, peppers, garlic. Or meal prep some 400 cal 40g protein burritos. Peruvian seafood and potatoes are also great.
Bulking Italian and Japanese. Low fat, high carb and high protein. Russian food is also quite good. Unironically American food is actually decent for bulking, gumbo, red beans (with protein) bbq, and a lot of the north eastern seafood dishes.
