>Ever since I started doing [THIS] I saw explosive gains
Whats your [THIS]?

For me, it was chest flys. Nothing gets a fucking chest pump like the seated chest fly machine, heavy load and add a pause when your hands reach the center. Really stretches those chest muscles tf out.

For me it was pull-ups. Lat pulldowns did nothing for me for years, pull-ups made my lats explode in months. Also I just think they're neat.

I fucking love pull ups. Nothing beats the feeling of using your own muscles to pull yourself up to the bar. Its functional, its efficient, it grabs mires faster than kids can grab Halloween candy. Seriously every time I do my set of weighted pull ups I feel like a God in the gym

For me it was rubbing creatine on my balls. Might've just been the tren tho.

I got stuck at late novice/early intermediate and got unstuck after starting to eat 5 meals a day until I almost puked. Gained around 10kg in 3-4 months and I'm slowly starting to feel big for the first time ever. I was always too afraid of becoming a fat slob, but it turns out having plenty of rest, training hard and eating a ton will still give me 80% muscle.

Also chest flys, but with dumbbells on a flat bench, holding at the bottom of the movement for maximum stretch.

for me, it's not any singular workout. it's merely adding more volume in general, going an extra 2 days a week, and adding cardio at the end of my sessions. i just have fun in the gym, and try new shit. like if my friend says hey try this box jump, i'll try it. or if someone says try reverse grip bench, i'll try it. i keep doing what i like, and simply work with what my body responds to.

Upright rows. Only side delt lift that works for me.

Training a body part once per week instead of twice. I guess I just recover slowly.

For abs it was doing weighted incline situps, then a drop set at the end.

Full on Wednesday, push on Saturday, pull on Sunday. It's just easiest to fit in with my work schedule and other hobbies.
