Bryan Johnson has the right idea. Sleep puts priority over EVERYTHING ELSE. Because after a good nights sleep everything else becomes so much more managable.

0.2mg of melatonin, magnesium and a wind down routine 60min before bed with no screens is the shit.

been tracking my sleep on my watch for a few weeks now, i suggest against doing it because you start to notice how fucked you are when you don't get ideal sleep
If I don't get to the 12% marker of deep sleep I feel it
