There is no winning in this life. Even when I'm actually working to improve my fitness my own body sabotages the progress

You recover cardio ability way quicker than strenf after a break

you will never get far with that pitiful mindset. I have been disabled for a year before and do you know what I did when I finally healed? Went right back to lifting. There will always be ups and downs it's just about taking advantage of what you can currently do
