Looking for muscle gain and general health. Iām also extremely lazy with cooking. Is it just brown rice, beans, and broccoli all the way? Pic unrelated
buy precooked hams from aldi or walmart. during thanksgiving. I've picked up frozen turkeys $0.30/lb. or bbq. brisket/pork butt are cheap cuts. but investing the time to bbq it instead of paying for a more premium cut is a fair trade. all men should know how to smoke anyways.

also try out different grocers. my local chinese market gets chicken in daily and sells thighs/drumsticks $0.99/lb. do some field research.
>>76307416 eggs ARE cheap. I am poor and I subsist almost entirely on eggs, gallons of milk, white bread, peanut butter, and fruit. The most expensive part of my diet is the fruit, I spend about half of my food budget on it.
Occasionally if meat is on sale I'll get it. The only thing cheaper than eggs is shit with no nutrients like rice, beans, and bread
