how do I maximize my push power? no I don't mean improving my bench press. I want to fucking PUSH somebody to the ground. have their body crash with the fucking CEMENT FLOOR. I want maximized strength. I want to push a meth addict 20 meters away. I want him to fall and roll and scream in pain. I want to be a push monster

if you can clean and jerk 140kg your pushing power will be insane
also just bulk and practise by shoving a concrete wall
just push the wall
but if I were you (if you really want to make people hit the floor) do some muay thai and master the Teep Kick
basically the THis is SPARTA move
practice that against a wall, on a heavy bag, to the air etc
make it fast, unpredictable, no telegraphing, just a quick straight foot to the hips
