>>76317487The food tastes fine when I actually eat. And to clarify, my version of carnivore is meats, poultry, seafood, eggs, and seasoning. When I have a really hard time getting something down I use a tiny bit of hot sauce or organic avocado oil mayo. No cheating other than that.
I think it's because I had too much fat on my first day which threw my body off. The thought of biting into a fatty steak makes me want to throw up, but I get over it as soon as I start eating.
And yeah, I really hope I can get rid of my "lick the plate clean" mentality that was established during my childhood. That's my top goal. After the diet, I plan to stick to just dairy, fruits, veggies, and meat, with the occasional burger and going out to eat whatever once a week.
