Why is it bad to take advice from professional bodybuilders? I mean, if you made it to the Olympia, obviously you know something about training, rigth?

the daily life and training is of a pro-bb is way different than anyone else who lifts weights. the training of a natty on here, a drugged local gymrat, drugged athlete, or drugged powerlifter are all not that much different. pro-bb is completely different. their entire life revolves around injecting drugs. their life doesn't revolve around "working out." it revolves around injecting PEDs over and over throughout the day and managing the side effects from those drugs. the drugs are the most important thing. when your entire day revolves around taking PEDs, you just need to get a pump so the drugs can work. they're taking normal roids in multiple injections multiple times throughout the day (because they're injecting grams of gear), gh or igf-1 multiple times per day and insulin with every meal. they're injecting drugs 7+ times per day. and when you have grams of steroids and 30ius of gh in your body you feel very lethargic all the time. nothing about their life applies to you.

This is just cope for being a dyel. You see some one else get bigger and you start spouting about elite genetics. There are no "genetics" that make muscles grow without proper stimulus and nutrition.
The only thing genetic is being able to tolerate higher doses of steriods without negative side effects. But even that may just be the result of overall health.

Nobody is injecting steriods multiple times every day. And pinning only takes a couple minutes anyway. Its not some involved procedure. Insulin takes like 10 seconds to administer.
Nobody spends hours a day pinning or "managing side effects."

Unlikely. Pretty moderate does of Anavar did measurable damage to my kidneys. EGFR was over 100 before I started babbies first cycle + var, and was 88 a year after stopping

They cant train heavy due to tendon/collagen synthesis being fucked due to hormones/roider diet. They have to train around test spikes etc.

If anything their technique for lifting has to be super strict and i lift half reps to save joints, but yeah you dont wanna 200% at the detriment of optimal training because for them they have 300% test for a few hours/days, fomo.

Exactly. A roider does not have to account for recovery because his body is constantly forced into an anabolic state. A natty trying to recreate the same type of training will fatigue and stall at best and injure himself at worst.

You can lift however and eat whatever and still get big on roids (as long as you pin enough).
You have teens on tren doing the broest of brosplits with shittiest of forms all while egolifting, eating McDonalds and they still get big. Same thing goes for vegans eating raw plants and powders.
Then you get all the shitty advice, like you need supplements (you don't), you need 200g of protein per day (90-120g for natties), the list goes on.
Once you've lifted for long enough, you can see through the bullshit, but when you call it out, you get called an idiot.

wrong. You just recover faster. I still only work each body part twice a week, just like when I'm not on roids.
More than that and you get CNS fatigue fast and just be exhausted. The body can only do so much work. Roids arent magic.

Well, you can listen to them, but apply some common sense. Take HIT, for instance, it makes sense that it'd work well for a long-time roider since those guys already have like 300% of the natural limit for muscle mass, so obviously it takes a lot of time for their muscles to recover, but it's probably not the best option for you.

Different realms of lifting. Being a natural I have to be very skeptic of what is being promoted by "them". Dorian is a proper lad, even denying some wild claims.
He has been injured may times, meaning he doesnt care about self worth.
Divorced and now married to a Goblin Queen.
Still promotes alot of drug use.
Roids will always be a big signal that he is sodomite prone.
His methods will not apply to me because I dont put any of that garbage in my life.
There is no difference to me between someone like Dorian and the fent abusers I see hunched over in the cities.
I am grateful that so many "bodybuilder" lives were filmed and archived so I know what not to do in regards to becoming a junky.
