Your video answers your question. To dance, you need to shut down your self-consciousness, get out of your head, and just exist as a body in motion. At least for me, I'm super autistic and overanalyze every movement I make. I also have very little to no emotional attachment to physical touch, so a girl dancing up on me does basically nothing and I find myself analyzing the texture of her clothes when they're rubbing against my skin.
