If your main goal at the gym is strength, and the majority of your workouts consist of heavy compound lifts, do you feel like prehab or isolation exercises are important? If i want a strong lower back and avoid injury in the future, can i achieve this only doing deadlifts and rows correctly or is it important to incorporate some back extensions or some goodmornings also? I had shoulder surgery so i wonder how much i should prioritize prehab and mobility if i want to get serious about more push lifts.
