The worst part about getting older is having to consume less calories dude to a slower metabolism. This is a problem for those of us that like to eat

Your metabolism doesn't slow down (BMR), but you slow down (TDEE)

Just cut down on your pork life, get some exercise

You just have to kickstart it everyday. i'm 57
I do an hour on treadmill every morning 1st thing.
In the evening I do weight training.

I've noticed on the rare days when I don't walk in the morning I feel colder in the winter

Yeah when I really want to get lean I start the day with a 4 mile bike ride around my neighborhood. Feel great physically and mentally the rest of the day
