But if you're a woman, or a man who wants to prioritize glutes, you should be doing hip thrusts and/or kickbacks on top of squats and RDLs.
Bulgarians are fine to include as well, but they're not really the best at anything (except correctingimbalances I guess?). If you use a wider stance, it'll give better glute stimulus than squats, but still not as good as hip thrusts. And if you do them narrow stance, it's not really any better than regular squats for quads or glutes.
