Fruit is fine once and a while, but this statement is retarded. People are stuck in the 1960s when it comes to nutrition. It's a fact that meat has more vitamins, both in terms of quantity and variety. Meat's vitamins are also more bioavailable (meaning you can convert them more efficiently). You don't eat fruit for nutrients, you eat fruit for hydration.

I am a normal person. I eat meat with every meal (I thought that was normal?). Those meals also include other normal stuff like cheese or some other dairy. Sometimes eggs. Sometimes fruit. I even eat some vegetables like onions and potatoes. None of this changes the fact that you don't eat fruits for the vitamins lol.

I don't eat fruits (in the culinary sense), they are loaded with sugar and you can get all the same nutrients from vegetables. Most fruits only have significant vitamin C and red bell peppers have more than most fruits anyway. Modern fruits are cultivated to be sugar bombs that rot your teeth, I need to be careful due to having had bad habits as a teenager, so I rarely consume sugar.
