how should i workout to prepare for a warehouse job? start in 3 weeks and it's 30 hours a week
all i do rn is run, 3-10 miles

I was a supervisor for 4 years at ups, you need to learn how to pick a box up off the floor without a neutral back.
Core stabilization so the spine doesnt move is a must
