Hey fit. I'm in pain a lot during the day, it can only do three excersises per day before calling it quits do to severe arthritis of bones. Pic related are the excersise I do. What third exercise do you recommend me do that gives me the most gains, the most for my time worth?

lat pull down? You'd not hitting your back with just those two exercises so adding in a back exercise would get you some good back and a bit of some bicep gains

Woolam row, aka, cheat romanian deadlift-row. What you're doing is working your anterior (front-facing) muscles. The Woolam row will take care of the rest (the back side) - your posterior chain and back muscles. If that's too taxing, find a rowing machine (the cardio machine with the moving seat) and use that instead to mimic the Woolam row movement
Also recommend switching to an incline press (assuming that pic's a straight horizontal press) to work more upper chest and shoulders.
