I have the same when I do barbell rows instead of dumbell rows. No pain whatsoever. I guess it puts less strain on the elbow tendon somehow.

if your elbows hurt from flexion lifts you have weak extensor muscles 99% of the time

I don't see the point of curls unless you can do 15 pull ups. Just look at the arms of a gymnast.

I dont get pain from preachers sinfe i lean in more to get the easier part of rom, i might do super light strict shit since it doesnt matter if you do it fatigued as much. I get fucked up on bb triceps and heavy outside bicep preachers that turn out to just make biceps longer looking like pullups/rows.
