Does it make a difference if I hit my targets in one continuous activity, or if I spaced them out through the day?

Like if I wanted to walk for 10,000 steps, can I do a thousand steps ten times instead?
Or when I want to target 100 seconds of plank, what about 10 seconds every 30 minutes instead, until I hit 100 seconds total?

For cardio for the vascular benefits ideally you'd want no more than 4 hours between activity.
For resistence training you ideally want it all in a confined time period.
For isometrics the only thing you're building is endurance those also occupy a similar space as weight lifting. 3 sets of 70%maxholdtime retest weekly.

Oops lemme rephrase that you want no more than 4 hour of inactivity at a time. The duration of a given bout of activity isn't really that important if the goal is being met. Like if you want a long walk and 2 or 3 ten-minute walks that's fine and healthy

I thought it was more in the sense of "mental illness for each gender". We need context for where these pics were taken

Probably eastern Europe or Ireland. I don't know many places that still label bathrooms as WC watercloset.

if i have 15mins free in my morning to hop on my row machine (3:30am), and 15mins free in the evening (8:00pm) again v.s. making time to do 30mins 4pm

i imagine the the default answer is doing the two smaller sessions is better than nothing at all, but doing one long session is ideal. is that the case?
