I kept injuring myself and my heart was having issues so i took 2 weeks off to eat at maintenance and lower the weights. now I feel refocused like I was at the beginning of my cut.

I used to starve myself as a teenager and felt AMAZING 24/7 like nothing affected me

As an adult I fell into the trap of firstly drugs which clouded my mind and then later on dirty bulking to try and put on size and muscle
