This video directly contradicts what Google says.
says, raw eggs contain more carotenoid antioxidant than cooked eggs. Google says the opposite.
Same goes for lutein and zeaxanthin.
For the nutrient choline, Google agrees, that raw eggs contain MORE of it.
For zinc, google says both contain the same, but absorption is better in raw eggs.
I dont get it, it claims that bioabsorption is better in cooked eggs for most, but better in raw eggs for other nutrients.
for omega 3 fatty adics, Google says cooking may slightly decrease the amount you get, but not substantially
The same argumentation Google uses for docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
I think I will continue drinking them raw.
