I went to the gym, I don't feel stronger I feel tired and sore. Is this really what it's like? Are you "fit" people just tired and sore all the time?
I think i have been tired ever since i started getting up early and drinking coffee.
if you get into a consistent routine every week it goes away, you start to experience the opposite.
Problem is real life isnt so simple. For example i got the flu for a week and had to skip a week. Did my usual routine after and now i feel like a cripple.
>>76312539 (OP)do it for two months, give your body time to adjust to the effort expended and you'll feel different and more interesting sensations than just sore and stiff. the most fun stuff is what you get outside the gym where you can do stuff that wouldn't be in your capability before and you're in your mind going "DID I REALLY DO THAT :DD"

Whenever you do something your body isn't used to, it feels like that. In one month you won't even feel sore after the workout. You will be energized after the workout as well. I could easily work out for 3 hours in one workout. I feel full of energy by the end of 1 hour workout (not taking any preworkouts).
>>76312539 (OP)If you're losing a lot of weight I do think you'll stay tired until the weight comes off and you start eating at maintenance. That has been my experience. If you're feeling too tired and it's stopping you from functioning, increase calories of the same healthy food you're eating and lose weight slower.

>>76312539 (OP)You’ll never know because you’re going to go to the gym maybe one or two more times before you start lying to yourself and others about how you’re “too busy” or “happy with the way you are” and 100 other faggot copes we’ve all heard before from your kind.
