Is 10x10 for calisthenics valid? Like can I just do 10x10 for squats pushups and chinups? Does progressive overload work the same here? Like do I just add 5lbs next time

Recommend getting one that attaches to the wall because these freestanding ones are about 15kg at most and understandably rickety as a result.

Better than having no pullup bar, but you'll regret the floor space it takes up in exchange for less stable pull-ups

Are specifically doing neutral grip like in the pic or palms up chin ups? I would thing chin ups would be best for arms and forearms

progressive overload is doing it faster, or adding sets and reps. duh

I can only do normal grip and reverse grip, no neutral grip sadly.
Which is
1) Better for DYELs who are prone to injuries (snapped my tendons a few times)
2) better for muscle gain (biceps & back)
Thanks

>fucktonne
americans will literally use the goofiest fucking measurement systems imaginable like "fucktonne" or LITERALLY using "foot" as a measurement system like some caveman instead of just saying kilogram or meter

Brainlet who can't into 12ths. As if metric isn't just as arbitrary. Imperial at least is good for building things. DYEB?

I've heard normal grip is bad for your shoulders cause it's an unnatural motion.
